Individual Counseling

One-on-one therapy where a client works with a therapist to address personal challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, or life transitions. The focus is on personal growth, coping strategies, and emotional well-being.

Couples Counseling

Therapy for partners seeking to improve their relationship, communication, and conflict resolution. It helps address issues like trust, intimacy, infidelity, and major life decisions, fostering healthier connections between partners.

Group Counseling

A therapy setting where multiple individuals with similar concerns (e.g., grief, addiction, anxiety, social skills) participate in guided discussions led by a therapist. It provides support, shared experiences, and coping strategies in a collaborative environment.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

A structured therapy that combines cognitive and behavioral techniques with mindfulness. It helps individuals regulate emotions, improve relationships, and develop distress tolerance. Often used for borderline personality disorder (BPD), self-harm, and emotional dysregulation.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

A goal-oriented, evidence-based approach that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. It is widely used for anxiety, depression, phobias, and other mental health conditions.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

A therapy primarily used for trauma and PTSD. It involves guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to help process distressing memories and reduce emotional distress associated with them.

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

A highly effective treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). It involves gradually exposing individuals to feared situations while preventing compulsive behaviors, helping to break the cycle of anxiety and avoidance.

Let's get together.

No matter where you're at in life, we're here to help you and support you on your journey.
