With five years of experience working with children, Brittany is passionate about helping young clients navigate emotional and behavioral challenges in a supportive and engaging environment. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a foundation, Brittany helps children develop healthy coping skills, build emotional resilience, and foster positive thought patterns.

Recognizing that children often express themselves in ways beyond words, Brittany integrates expressive interventions such as art, play, and creative activities into therapy. By incorporating these hands-on approaches, she creates a safe space where children and adolescents can process emotions, build confidence, and explore solutions in a way that feels natural and meaningful to them.

Understanding that a child or adolescent’s well-being is deeply connected to their home environment, Brittany actively engages children and their families in the therapeutic process. By working collaboratively with parents and caregivers, she provides guidance, education, and strategies to support the child’s growth outside of therapy sessions. Through open communication and a team-based approach, Brittany helps families strengthen connections, improve communication, and create a supportive environment for long-term success.

With a warm and client-centered approach, Brittany tailors each session to meet the unique needs of every client, fostering growth, self-awareness, and emotional well-being. Whether working on anxiety, behavioral concerns, social skills, or emotional regulation, she is dedicated to helping clients thrive.
